Merlion Investments and Red Oak Development Group will develop a 250-acre land near Lockhart, Texas, into a 900-unit single-family home community. The location is a 45-minute drive from Austin, Texas, making it an attractive residential destination. We are thrilled to collaborate with our investors to make this project a reality.

Georgetown, with a population of 50,000, is experiencing rapid growth and is a key corridor to Austin, situated just 30 miles to the north. Within one mile of our location, new developments of both single-family residences and multifamily properties are currently underway.

A total of 14 acres of land will be utilized for development. Out of this, 6 acres will be dedicated to the construction of around 84 high-end townhomes, which will be priced between $850,000 and $1 million or more. The initial phase of the project will involve obtaining entitlements and preparing the site for horizontal construction.
